docs(context): split landed build detail into CONTEXT-ARCHIVE.md

CONTEXT.md 270k -> 186k chars. Module architecture, API surface, and
landed implementation specs moved verbatim; settled decisions,
invariants, guardrails, and unbuilt Phase Q / S-VIEW Wave B retained.
