fix(cmake): remove duplicate app_version.cpp from module sources

src/app_version.cpp was listed in the reaper_reasampler target_sources block and also compiled into the app_version static lib that the module links. One compile via the lib is correct; the duplicate TU in the module was an ODR/duplicate-symbol hazard on ld.
